The rules of the road.

By accessing or using Mosa Ai (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mosa Ai, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• All information you provide is accurate, current, and complete

To access most features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Plans and pricing

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Current pricing is available on our pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days' advance notice.

Billing cycle

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Charges are non-refundable except as required by law
• You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle

Free trial

New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. We will begin charging the subscription fee on the first day after the trial ends unless you cancel before then.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or third-party rights
• Generate harmful, illegal, deceptive, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers) without express written permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the Service to develop competing AI products or models

You retain full ownership of content you submit to the Service (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have rights to all User Content you submit
• Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law

Our Service generates content using artificial intelligence (“Output”). Subject to your compliance with these Terms:

• You may use Output for any lawful purpose
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying Output
• We make no warranty that Output will be accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose
• Similar Output may be generated for other users — we cannot guarantee exclusivity

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and the “Mosa Ai” name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels
• Use our trademarks without prior written permission

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard.

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if:

• You violate these Terms or our policies
• We are required to do so by law
• Continued provision of the Service is no longer commercially viable

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of Output

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or be available at any particular time.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSA INTELLECT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

You agree to waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in these courts.
